Havan security deployment — 2 at main gate. 3–4 arranging seating around Havan kund. 2 maintaining silence and decorum during Havan.

All move to chariot — prepare for procession — Full team flanks chariot. Maintain crowd corridor. Nobody too close to wheels.
11:05 AM – 12:45 PM
Procession crowd control — Walk full route. Control rope-pulling crowd. Coordinate with police liaison. First aid team at rear.
12:45 PM
Chariot returns — Secure chariot. Control crowd surge on return. Maintain decorum during return ārati.
1:30 – 3:00 PM
Prasad queue & crowd control — Manage serving line queues. Ensure orderly flow. Prevent crowd crush at serving tables.
3:00 PM
TEAM RELEASED — Prasad complete. Team may join kirtan or help cleanup.

Chariot decoration — Fabric draping, flower garlands, chhatri fitting, flag arrangement, lights. Must finish before Jagannath Ji arrives at 10:45 AM.
8:45 – 9:45 AM
Havan place decoration — Flowers, rangoli, banana leaves, lamps. Done before Havan starts 10 AM.
8:45 – 11:00 AM
Stage & altar setup — Stage backdrop, flowers, deity photos, garlands on altar, mic stand dressed, VIP seating arranged.
8:45 – 10:30 AM
Temple & garden decor — Garden entry arch, welcome rangoli, banners, lamps along pathway, feast area decoration.
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Standby — monitor & refresh — Fix fallen flowers during procession. Refresh stage before cultural program. 2 standby volunteers.
3:00 PM
Join kirtan & prasad as devotees — Full team participates in feast.
3:30 – 4:00 PM
Remove all decoration items — Chariot decor removed carefully. Stage cleared. Garlands collected. Items returned to temple.

Arrive — sound check — Test battery speaker for procession. Test garden PA. All mics checked. Harmonium tuned.
9:30 AM
Soft morning bhajans begin — Low volume devotional music as devotees gather for Havan. Sacred atmosphere.
10:00 – 10:50 AM
Havan kirtan support — Soft background chanting during Nṛsiṁha Havan. Follow priest pace.
11:00 AM
Mangala ārati kirtan — full volume — Full kirtan during ārati on chariot. Maximum energy. Emotional peak before procession.
11:05 AM – 12:45 PM
Procession kirtan — full route — Procession group walks with chariot on battery PA. Hare Krishna Mahā-mantra. Switch to Jagannath Ashtakam on return leg.
12:50 PM
Return ārati kirtan — full energy — Second emotional peak. Full team reunites. Maximum volume. 600 devotees gathered.
1:00 – 1:25 PM
Stage program & buffer kirtan — Fill stage between ārati and bhog. Energetic bhajans. Devotees clap and join.
1:30 – 3:00 PM
Soft background kirtan during prasad — Garden PA medium volume. Peaceful devotional atmosphere during feast.

Final Mangalam — closing kirtan — Lead closing prayer. All devotees join. Shankha blown thrice.

Havan preparation — All Havan materials laid out. Priest briefed. Deity decoration items checked.

Śrī Nṛsiṁha Havan — Assist priest. Manage āhuti offerings. Ensure each participant's āhuti is prepared.
10:30 AM
Śrī Jagannātha Pūjā — Full ārati offering to Lord Jagannath, Baladeva & Subhadra before procession.
11:00 AM
Rath inauguration puja — Coconut breaking ceremony. Final blessings before chariot departs.

Bhog offering — Prepare and offer bhog to Lord before prasad distribution begins.

Return ārati — Full ārati when chariot returns. Final ritual of the procession.

Return logistics — Return chariot safely. Deity back to altar.

Full venue cleanup begins — Stage, garden, seating area, Havan area, entry — full sweep.

Deep clean — Wash serving tables, collect all decoration waste, gather all garbage bags.

Final inspection — Team lead walks venue. Temple handed back in perfect condition.
